Refund policy

Every Athar gift is prepared and packaged with care. Because many of our gift sets include personal-care items, for hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your gift arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@athargifting.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Athar is built on intention and trust, and we ask our customers to approach us with the same honesty. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, replacement of the affected item, or a refund.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If preparation or dispatch has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
